Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ss1 platform (ss1.wine), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ss1 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes will be deemed automatic acceptance of the latest version of the Terms.

The ss1 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are using the platform entirely of your own free will.

2

Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the ss1 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. ss1 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. ss1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately.

Account Policy: ss1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or provides false information during registration. Account closure decisions are final.

3

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

Users of the ss1 platform are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

The following are strictly prohibited on the ss1 platform:

  • Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without valid written authorisation.
  • Using automated software, bots, or any artificial mechanism to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the platform's systems, databases, or technical infrastructure.
  • Distributing harmful, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content through the platform.
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate the system or gain unauthorised advantages.
  • Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or criminal activity.

Any violation of the above rules may result in account suspension, balance freeze, and/or appropriate legal action at ss1's discretion.

4

Payment and Transaction Information

All transactions on the ss1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through payment methods approved by ss1, including but not limited to local bank transfers, FPX, and supported e-wallets.

Deposits credited to your account are for in-platform entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred to third parties. ss1 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Deposit processing times vary depending on your chosen method — FPX and e-wallet deposits are typically credited within minutes, while manual bank transfers may take up to three business hours. Withdrawals are generally processed within one to twenty-four hours.

Ss1 does not cover any transaction fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that recipient account details are correct before submitting a withdrawal request. ss1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from incorrect withdrawal details provided by the user.

Minimum Limit: Minimum deposits start from RM 20 (depending on method). The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. These limits are subject to change at ss1's discretion.

5

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Ss1 provides its services on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. ss1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or financial losses.

Ss1's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of active deposits held in the user's account at the time the relevant incident occurs.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ss1 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of ss1 or its authorised licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from ss1.

Third-Party Links

The ss1 platform may contain references to or information about third-party services. ss1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately before using them.

6

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Ss1 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the date of the most recent update indicated. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the current Terms.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes will automatically be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, or failing that, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
